“Fox Lady” FATE chain (used to get the Fox Pup, Tamamo Headband, Stuffed Fox)
You must be Level 70 and have completed the level 70 quest “Stormblood” to be able to unlock the Primal Gear vendor in Rhalgars Reach. (x13.8, y11.8)

The FATE chain takes place in Yanxia. The first of the chain is “Ginko” / ”More to Offer” which is at (x20.3, y7.4). It is a typical gather FATE – the goal for this FATE is to either gather offerings or just kill the adds which will drop offerings.
Around 5-15 minutes later the second FATE which is called “Kinko” / “Freedom Flies” will spawn. It is at (x13.0, y30.5). (As of now “Ginko” and “Kinko” can be done in any order but normally “Ginko” spawns first.)
Around another 5-15 minutes later the third FATE called “Mikuzume” / “Outfoxed” which is at (x31.1, y8.8) will spawn. It is a monster fate that also spawns a mini boss. This fate drops 1 Sassho-seki Fragment (http://xivdb.com/item/20521/sassho-seki+fragment); these are used to get the 3 items listed above. This FATE step is on a 2 hour cooldown after it is finished, the previous fates will still show up during its cooldown.
30-60mins after the “Fox Lady” fate will spawn. It is a HIDDEN (similar to Odin) boss fate spawning somewhere near these locations (x11, y17), (x16, y12), (x24, y34), (x16, y32), (x35, y22). She is similar to an S rank seeing as she can be seen from far away, but you can’t miss her (she is a giant nine-tailed fox with a white and red body and black and red tails).
(As of what we currently know, Fox Lady can still spawn even if the FATEs “Ginko” and “Kinko” are on the map, and also the Fox Lady is on a 48hr timer which was reset after the maintenance.)
If it is killed and you receive a gold medal she will drop 15 “Sassho-seki Fragments.”
